Role Description:
As Insurance and Financial Services Position - State Farm Team Member for Zachary Hernan - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

Responsibilities:
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Use your knowledge of State Farm insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Qualifications:
- Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
Compensación: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
